Plasmonic anisotropic nanomaterials have been attracted much attention due to the control of plasmon-generating wavelength as well as the highly photothermal efficiency. On the other hand, the morphological deformation due to their autothermal is one of the critical problems for the application as a therapy material. In this study, we developed Pt-doped anisotropic silver nanoparticles and evaluate the heat tolerance and functionality as a photothermal therapy agent.
