[13p-D63-6] Development of Ultrasound-facilitated Drug Delivery Device

In earlier study, the large drug distribution efficacy of the Ultrasound-facilitated Drug Delivery Device has been reported. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency and stability of the ultrasound vibration. Furthermore, we propose the tube shape single crystal for drug delivery under the guidance of MRI. In order to optimize the device structures, FEM simulation has been performed. As a result, the driving voltage was decreased by half and the ultrasound power was increased by 1.5-2 times.
