Blood coagulation measurements are carried out the preoperative screening tests and diagnosis of hemophilia. However, there are problems that a conventional blood coagulation measurement devices are expensive and can only be used in well-equipped hospitals. We will achieve solving problem by using the shear horizontal surface acoustic wave (SH-SAW) sensor to realize the point of care testing. Towards a blood coagulation measurement realization, gelatin coagulation reactions are measured by using SH-SAW sensors.
