The QCM (Quartz Crystal Microbalance) using the SC-cut crystal resonator is considered.
Generally, a lot of AT-cut resonators are used for the QCM, but considered about sensors using the SC-cut crystal resonator in this research.
It is that there is almost none of the examples using the SC-cut sensor as the reason in QCM.
