[13p-P5-17] Numerical Study on Phonon Properties of Edge of Sub 2-dimensional Nano-carbon System by Force Vibrational Method

We have investigated phonon properties of edge of the sub 2-dimensional nano-carbon system by force vibrational method which is effective for complex-system like this one.
We have calculated that the phonon density of state of in-plane mode with bending angle 30 deg in S2DN system.
We have found that like mode of graphene nano-ribbon and carbon nano-tube with bending angle 30 deg in S2DN system.
