[13p-P5-26] Low-temperature graphene edge growth using molten gallium catalyst

We demonstrated the graphene growth can be realized even the growth temperature was reduced to be 200 °C under the methane CVD process with molten Ga catalyst. While the nuclei growth of graphene required relative high temperature exceeding 1000 °C, we confirmed the graphene edge growth around the nuclei was continued at the interface of the substrate and molten gallium.
