[13p-P5-37] Electronic structures of zigzag-edge nanoribbon arrays under magnetic fields

Weakly coupled zigzag-edge nanoribbon (NR) arrays exhibit interesting electronic properties including coexistence of the almost flat band and the anisotropic Dirac cone. Here we calculate the electronic states of weakly coupled zigzag-edge NR arrays under magnetic fields. We find that the flat band states are hardly affected by the magnetic field, while the Dirac cone splits into Landau levels, whose spacing is smaller than that for bulk 2D sheet.
