[13p-P5-42] Local Doping Concentration Modulation on Graphene Probed by Tip-Enhanced Raman

Tip-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (TERS), which has better spatial resolution than conventional Raman owing to near-field effect, is performed to analyze a local Raman spectrum on graphene after device fabrication processes. As a result, it is hard to find difference in far field spectra at different positions. On the other hand, TERS spectra show the distinct G and 2D peak shift at each position. This result can be attributed to the doping concentration modulation depending on the position in graphene.
