Iron-alloy borides have been considered as one of most promising candidates for high quality magnetic thin films for HDDs and MRAMs.
To achieve more reliable and high quality magnetic thin film materials for such devices, a systematic investigation of the manufacturing parameters is performed.
The selection of raw materials, manufacturing methods and temperature control has been an important key factor for producing reliable magnetic materials.
Here, we report the effect of manufacturing parameters for iron-alloy borides bulk by using several evaluation methods in detail and also describe the property relationships.
