[13p-P8-3] Anomalous Hall effect of ferrimagnetic TbFeCo thin films under high magnetic field

In this study, we report the novel magnetic field dependence of anomalous Hall effect in TbFeCo thin films. The sign of anomalous Hall resistance of TbFeCo film at 400K changes twice at 3T and 0T while those of 350K and 380 K changes once at the coercivity. We will discuss the origin of novel anomalous Hall resistance comparing with the magnetoresistance.
