[13p-P9-34] Fabrication and characteristics of all-vapor-deposited perovskite solar cells

We have developed all-vapor-deposited perovskite solar cells having a simple layered structure of glass/ITO/a-NPD/CH₃NH₃PbI₃/ C₆₀/Ag. There have been no dopants used in the cells. We have obtained 5.2% power conversion efficiency (PCE) from this structure which was about half of the wet-coated perovskite cells due to less light absorption of the vapor-deposited films.
