Perovskite solar cells are attractive because of their high efficiency and fabrication at low-cost. For further improvement of the cell efficiency, design of layer structure is necessary to minimize optical losses. The optical losses will be more serious for tandem-type solar cells. In this presentation, we report the refractive index of perovskite thin films, which was studied by ellipsometry, for optical simulation.
