Recently, many polymers which absorb near infrared ray have been developed for organic photovoltaics(OPVs). However, ITO, mainly used for electrode, is not suitable for the OPVs which utilize near infrared ray for its low transmittance at near infrared areaIn this research we remarked the transmittance at each wavelength of oxide semiconductor, chose Ti-doped ITO(ITiO) as alternative ITO, and verified effectivity of ITiO for the OPVs
