[14a-A41-4] Perovskite-type Solar Cells based on ZnO Nanorods Array

Perovskite Solar Cells (PSCs) with vertically aligned ZnO nanorods (NRs) have been widely discussed. From previous reports, vertically aligned ZnO NRs have been fabricated. In this report, those results will be applied for PSCs devices. The ZnO seed layer is prepared by using a spin coating method on glass substrate and the nanorods array is grown by using a chemical bath technique. Further analysis on ZnO-based PSCs fabricated by 2-step deposition and 1-step spin coating will be compared, and characterized results by using FE-SEM equipped with EDS and X-ray XRD are discussed.
