We investigate carrier injection mechanism at the heterointerface of the perovskite CH3NH3PbI3 solar cells utilizing time-resolved PL and simultaneous photocurrent measurements. It is found that EQE of the solar cells decreases under high excitation regime of over 100 nJ cm-2. A comparison between integrated PL and photocurrent intensities revealed that the decrease of EQE is due to a decrease of the carrier injection efficiency at the heterointerface. We will explain the origin of the decrease of EQE and discuss the condition the carrier injection occurs efficiently.
