A photovoltaic cell using the organic-inorganic hybrid semiconductor with perovskite crystal has achieved high conversion efficiency (> 20 %) because of high optical absorption coefficient and outstanding photoelectronic properties. In order to improve the conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cell, it is important to improve the electron injection and crystalline properties of perovskite by controlling the interface between perovskite and metal oxide. In this study, we deposit perovskite crystal on single crystalline substrates of metal oxide. The presentation focuses on the surface structure including crystalline orientation, and therefore examine the effects of surface of metal oxide on the photoelectric properties of organometal halide perovskite crystals.
