We report on shape analysis of single-bacteria by resistive pulse analysis using a micropore having a low thickness-to-diameter aspect-ratio structure. We exploited a full use of machine learning algorithm to extract and compare characteristic feature of ionic current spikes measured that contains infrormation concerning the fine shape of bacterial particles. Based on the results, we will descuss the potential of the low-aspect-ratio pore sensors for shape analysis of single particles in liquid.
