The Nd³⁺:YAG/Cr⁴⁺:YAG microchip laser was used for second harmonic generation in LBO and YCOB crystals. 5MW green pulse with 70% conversion efficiency was achieved in Bridgman grown YCOB crystal. Also for the first time the temperature tuning in YCOB material is presented with the slope of -0.0575/degC for the range from 30 degC to 220 degC.
