[14a-C32-2] Photo-degradation dynamics of Lead Halide Perovskite Solar Cells

Degradation dynamics of MAPbI₃(materials for lead-halide perovskite solar cells) under UV-photo irradiation was investigated with time-resolved transmittance spectroscopy.The brownish MAPbI₃ changed into yellowish PbI₂ via strong UV photo irradiation on the time scale of 1 ps which corresponded to the time scale of the electric relaxation. Thus, the excited electron would cause the photo-degradation from MAPbI₃ to PbI₂.
