[14a-D61-1] Measurement effect of thermoelectric properties under X-ray irradiation

The measurement of thermoelectric properties under the irradiation condition in affected by the radiation induced current. We have been investigated the thermoelectric properties by the use of X-ray beam. Consequently, the radiation induced current was greatly changed by the material condition surrounded the sample. Additionally, the effect seems to be maximum at the edge of X-ray beam.
