The stacked CR-39 detectors, which consists of HARZLAS(TD-1) and PTFE for energy degrader, are designed to obtain the accurate energy spectrum of laser-accelerated proton beams by using PHITS code. The thickness of PTFE are optimized to avoid a high energy proton create plural etch pits for plural layers of CR-39. In the PHITS code simulations, we have confirmed the designed detector set can reconstruct the model energy spectra of laser-accelerated protons.
