Keywords:semiconductor nanocrystal, nanocrystal thin film, impedance spectroscopy

Semiconductor nanocrystal thin film attracts much attention to fabricate a large-scale electrical devices in solution processes. We have fabricated a colloidal silicon nanocrystal with a highly boron (B) and phosphorus (P) doped shell (B, P codoped silicon nanocrystal). This nanocrystal is completely dispersed in a polar solvent without any surface ligand molecules. In this presentation, we study a photocurrent and an impedance spectrum of a B, P codoped silicon nanocrystal thin film to find an equivalent electrical circuit.
