[14a-P2-11] Numerical Evaluation of Wavefront Measurement by Holographic Shack-Hartmann Wavefront Sensor for Low-coherent Light

The holographic Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor is the wavefront measurement method with large dynamic range. In this study, the feasibility of the wavefront measurement for low-coherent light by the method is numerically demonstrated. Simulation results confirm the wavefront measurement by the proposed method although obtained patterns to measure the wavefront are distorted due to broadband light.
