[14a-P4-16] Capacitance Measurement with a Cryogenic Probe Station

We have established measurement method of time constant R_nC product (or specific capacitance) for SIS junctions, based on direct junction capacitance measurement with a 4-K cryogenic probe station. We report and discuss the measured method and results in detail.
