[14a-P4-34] Strain and interface analysis of YBa2Cu3O7-d nanocomposite films

For improvement of critical current density in YBa2Cu3O7-d films containing nanorods, understanding of nanostructure is needed. In the present study, YBa2Cu3O7-d+BaMO3(M=Zr, Sn, Hf) films were prepared, and the nanorod and matrix structures were investigated. Using XRD, STEM, XANES, finite element method elastic strain calculation and first principle calculation, nanorod interface, elastic strain in matrix, and oxygen vacancies in matrix were discussed.
