In recent years, compared with an inorganic solar cell, have been made many studied and research for the realization of the organic solar cells can be inexpensively and mass-produced.We are by performing the production of inverted organic solar cells having a grating shape, it has been studied in the electric field enhancement effect by surface plasmon resonance excitation. For further details clarification,In the present study, in plasmonic inverted organic solar cells , it was evaluated and studied the thickness relationship of the titanium oxide film.
