[14p-A22-7] Diagnostics of discharge plasma in aqueous solution by time-resolved spectroscopy

Motohiro Banno1, Hiroharu Yui1 (1.Tokyo Univ. of Sci.)

Keywords:plasma, Optical spectroscopy, radical

Discharge plasma formed by application of pulsed voltage in aqueous solution is expected as an effective reaction field for reduction and oxidation reactions due to hydrogen and hydroxyl radicals contained in the plasma. To apply the reaction field more effectively, it is essential to measure the temperatures of chemical species in the plasma. In the presentation, we will discuss about development of a time-resolved optical emission spectrometer, and measurement of radical temperatures and their temporal evolutions.
