In this research ,bulk resistance and electrode-electrolyte resistance interfacial resistance in oxide solid electrolyte Li_3xLa_2/3-xTiO₃ was invesitgated.AC impedance measemement was carried out using LLTiO samples with diffrent thickness.the interfacial resistance could be separeted from measurement results and the real bulk resistance could be obtained.
