Based on the perceptional change to actively utilize the "fluctuations" and "heat" that are the disturbing factors in the conventional Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, we have explored the possibility for dynamics control of nanomaterials by light. In this talk, we will introduce the theoretical research on the simultaneous control of dynamics of metallic nanoparticle-assembly and radiative lifetime by light-induced force, the development of principle for the assembling control of nano- and micro-structure by light-induced convection, and recent achievements in biological applications.
