In this presentation, we demonstrate control of position and orientation of nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers in diamond using chemical vapor deposition on micropatterned diamond substrate. We also demonstrate highly-sensitive magnetic field sensing using quantum coherence of electric spin of NV centers in diamond by means of home-build optically-detected magnetic resonance microscope.
