[14p-A41-7] High-speed stain-free biomedical microscopy utilizing optical pulses
Keywords:Photonics, Raman, Microscopy
I’ve been working on biomedical microscopy based on stimulated Raman scattering (SRS), in which two-color ultrafast laser pulses are focused on a biological sample, and resultant SRS is detected for high-speed label-free imaging. In this talk, I’ll introduce the principle and applications of SRS microscopy, tell some story on how I started the research and discuss the future prospects.
