[14p-B1-2] Device Technologies to Construct AI for IoT Big-Data Process

Demands for a high performance computer to process and learn from the IoT big data is rising, while the CMOS scaling to enhance computing performance becomes more difficult. As a result, co-design combining the computer architecture, programing technique, and device technology is indispensable to expand computational performance and scale today. In this talk, collaboration between the computer architecture and the process technology is discussed based on a deep learning case.
