In organic semiconductor, charge is conducted through intermolecular orbital's overlap. The intermolecular interaction is measured about HOMO by dimer splitting and band formation. Band formation process isn't measured. HOMO's and LUMO's split widths are difference. LUMO's split isn't measured. In this study, I measured HOMO and LUMO split and band formation by intermolecular interaction for the first time.
