We investigate the dose contribution of therapeutic radiation induced secondary particles with CR-39 plastic nuclear track detectors. CR-39 is insensitive for high energy primary protons and carbon ions and X-ray, so that it responds only high LET secondary particles. In this talk, we introduce the recent experimetal results on secondary particle measurements in the therapeutic radiations of prrotons, carbon ions and photons.
