△ [14p-C31-3] Fabrication of copper oxide nanoparticles by laser ablation at the air-liquid interface

We fabricated CuO and Cu2O nanoparticles by laser ablation at the air-liquid interface using a colloidal target. XPS analysis revealed that oxidation state of product depend on that of target particles. The average size and aize distribution depend on the oxidation state of target particles. However, we succeeded in fabrication of monodispersed nanoparticles stably dispersed in water.
