[14p-C41-10] Observation of spin relaxation in undoped InP bulk

InP materials have found important applications, such as high-electron mobility transistors. In this study, we investigated the spin relaxation in undoped InP bulk by time-resolved pump and probe measurement. At 77 K – RT, a clear negative temperature dependence was observed, which suggests the effect of the D'yakonov Perel mechanism. The results could lead to the realization of InP based spintronic devices.
