Transmission of spin wave packet through an air gap was measured spatio-temporally using light pulses.
We generated spin wave in a magnet crystal by light pulses, and measured spin wave transmitted to another crystal through air gap using optical imaging method.
We also calculated spatio-temporal waveform of spin wave transmitted through the air gap assuming magnetic dipole interaction.
