[14p-D62-10] Photoelectrochemical water splitting performed by VLS-grown GaP nanowires

We have grown low-stacking-fault wurtzite GaP nanowires and tried some photoelectrochemical studies toward solar water splitting. We confirmed cathodic photocurrent for a p-type nanowire sample. We also fabricated a high-density nanowire sample and found the photocurrent six times higher than the low-density nanowire sample.
