[14p-P13-7] Special quality improvement of a separator for fuel cells by grapheme containing carbon film

The problem of fuel cell popularization is miniature, cost reduction and performance improvement. One of approaches has to use metal separator. Separator corrodes since operating environment of a fuel cell is the strongly acid atmosphere. The stainless separator was coated by carbon film containing graphene using surface wave microwave plasma CVD. Doping N₂ flow rate was changed, and conductivity and corrosion resistance was valued.
