Keywords:nanopore, DNA, Clogging

Although great progress has been made in fabricating silicon based nanopore devices, as the next generation of DNA sequencing technology, the translocation of moderately long DNA molecules cause clogging frequently at the pore. We have directly observed the interactions between DNA molecules with different-lengths and pore or slit mouths by fluorescent microscopy.
