CuCl_1-xI_x is a mixed crystal of CuCl and CuI with a wideband gap, and solution is generally made using organic solvent of nitrile groups.But organic solvent of nitrile groups is harmful industrially, and use should be avoided.CuCl_1-xI_x thin films were preparad by a spin coating without using organic solvent of nitrile groups.We confirmed the change in the lattice constant of the CuCl1-xIx thin films with the change of mixing ratio.Therefore, it was found that the band gap can be controlled by the mixing ratio.
