[14p-P8-3] Synthesis and characterization of TiO2-ZnO nano-composite fabricated by hydrothermal method toward dye-sensitized solar cells application

Hydrothermal method was adapted for the preparation of TiO2 - ZnO nanocomposite using a template of titanium glycolate spheres which was synthesized by the reaction of Orthotitaniumtetraisopropoxide and Ethylene glycol. The TiO2- ZnO composite with the average size 500 nm was confirmed by XRD, XPS, SEM and EDS.
