[15a-A24-3] The Dependence of Cutting Resistance of CZ Monocrystalline PV Silicon on Crystal Orientation

Monocrystalline (111)-growth CZ silicon crystal samples were cut with a diamond wire and cutting resistance was measured. According to the wire motion direction, the resistance was found to be larger oy smaller than that of conventional (100)-growth sample cutting. Details will be shown and discussion will be done in the conference in September.
