Solar cells with-light weight and large-area properties have been atracting match attentions because they enables novel electronics such as power sources for ultra-light air planes. The compatibility of the high-efficiency and high-stability for such ultra-light solar celss are major issue to be solved. Recently Takimiya and coworkers reported excellent inverted polymer cells fabricated on glass substrates; The blend film of PNTz4T/ PC60BM were used as active layer, and they exhibited high efficiencies of 9.8%. In this study we reported on the polymer solar cells using these blend films fabricated on 1-micron-thick polymer substrates
