前回我々は、Au-7.4%Geを用いたリフトオフプロセスにより、ボトムコンタクト型のソース/ドレイン(S/D)電極として形成したバックゲート型およびトップゲート型のペンタセンOFETに関して報告した。今回、ゲート絶縁膜として用いた非晶質(a)ルブレンの形成とトップゲート(TG)型OFETのデバイス特性向上に関する検討を行ったので報告する。
