Thermoelectric composites consisting of carbon nanotubes (CNT) and polymers have received considerable interest due to their flexibility, light weight nature, and facile fabrication process such as printings. In order to realize a high-performance CNT/polymer composite, polymer species are required to cause enhancement of the thermoelectric properties of CNTs. In this presentation, we will report the enhancement of Seebeck coefficient and thermoelectric power factor of single-walled CNT/polymer composite films caused by employment of polystyrene as a binder polymer.
