We fabricated the ultra-thin organic light emmiting diode and photo detector. These device can be operated in air by forming thin passication layer. These devices did't be broken after crumplig for their good flexibility. We also demonstrated the ultra flexible pulse oximetry by integrating two colors organic LED and photo detector.
