​デバイスは低誘電率層間絶縁膜の回路の配線幅や配線間隔の縮小により洗浄後の乾燥は大気中のスピン乾燥ではパターン倒れが起き対応不可能な為に真空乾燥で色々な方法でパターン倒れの実験し改善をする。又、ベベル面乾燥も重要な為にスピン乾燥と真空乾燥を回転数による状態を表し比較する。
