Measurement of physical properties using organic single-crystal is important because it can avoid the influence of grain boundary and so on. We proposed novel electrical contact method by pasting film-like electrode (lamination contact electrode) to crystal. surface. We can apply this fabrication method to wider organic single-crystals compared to conventional methods. We have demonstrated usefulness of proposed method by field effect four-terminal measurement in low temperature.
