[15a-B5-6] Electrostatic Transfer of Organic Semiconductor Toner under Lower Electric Field

Printing processes are expected for the mass production of flexible electronic devices. However, printing processes inevitably cause an emission of organic solvents, which results in heavy load against environment. Therefore, we have established solvent-free patterning of the organic semiconductor materials by electrophotographic technology. We report the recent developments on fine organic semiconductor toner by the jet mill and on the electrostatic transfer under lower AC electric field.
